Founder & CEO
Sergio has applied his background in psychology and extensive experience in sales as the foundation of his work with Ai Media Group.
An early adaptor and innovator in the digital space, he has directed winning teams across the country in digital marketing. Previous roles include EVP at Ambassador Internet, where Sergio launched the first digital sales team and developed a sophisticated technology platform that remains unique in the industry; and leadership roles at both RHD Donnelly and Bell Atlantic.
Under Sergio’s leadership, Ai Media Group has been recognized by Google’s Agency Land (Agency Edge) and Dun & Bradstreet’s Hoovers as one of the top ten internet companies. Sergio is often a featured thought leader in trade publications as well as a sought after keynote speaker. He was hand selected by Google to speak at the US Hispanic Forum about the rise in Multi-Cultural SEM campaigns and was the recipient of the 2016 Latino Trendsetter Award presented by LatinTRENDS.

Joanna Sammartino Bailey has close to two decades of experience in strategy, operations and business development at digital marketing and advertising companies. She was most recently COO at Social Media Link where she focused on scaling operations to bring their innovative influencer and advocacy technology solutions to marketers.
Prior she was Global CRO at GrowMobile (now MakeMeReach by Undertone) where she built a global sales team that focused on delivering high-quality advertising solutions to brands and publishers and focused on the smooth integration of several acquisitions.
Notably she was EVP Head of Account Strategy for North America at Criteo, a leading performance marketing technology company where she was responsible for developing the client success and sales strategy and advertising operations to help grow the company’s US footprint.
Prior to Criteo, Sammartino Bailey was Global VP and Head of Client Services, Strategy and Operations at Adaptly (now Adaptly by Accenture), a marketing platform company that enables blue chip brands scale social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and Pinterest.
Sammartino Bailey also served as EVP Managing Director, Moxie Interactive/Publicis and SVP, Managing Partner at Beyond Interactive/WPP, where she led and created digital marketing strategies for some of the world’s largest companies, including Nestle, P&G, J&J, Amazon, Samsung, Verizon, Zappos and many more.
Over her career, she has had the opportunity to work with dozens of leading companies across the digital advertising industry and this experience. Combined with Ai Media Group’s unique patented technology to analyze real-time data, she will help establish them as the platform of choice for providing measurable results to thousands of advertisers.
Dr. Anthony Bowen is the Chief Digital Officer at Ai Media Group. He is responsible for leading digital customer experiences for Advertising & Marketing Technology implementations and sales across all business touch points. Dr. Bowen has a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a concentration in Project Management from Northcentral University. He was in the top 10 of the graduating class and inducted into Delta Mu Delta Honor Society for Business. Additionally, he holds a Project Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, a Project Management certificate from NYU and IT Management from Rutgers. Dr. Bowen is an Advisory Board member for the American Academy of Project Management (AAPM). He holds the MPM, CIPM, and PME certifications in Project Management from AAPM.
Dr. Bowen’s experience revolves around digital media customer experiences for Advertising & Marketing Technology across industry verticals in a global capacity. Most recently, he was the Vice President and Head of Digital across industry verticals at Virtusa’s Digital Engineering Consulting and Solutions practice. In his role at Virtusa, he spearheaded digital marketing automation and digital transformation technology projects for several major accounts. Before Virtusa, he was Director of Digital Media at Cablevision / Altice (Optimum), responsible for the digital media acquisition and retention sales. He was responsible for the management of external agency partners PHD _OMD Group, Annalect, AiMedia, Facebook, Amazon, and Google. At Cablevision, he oversaw the relationships with Epsilon, Adobe, and Virtusa for digital transformation and implementation of the Adobe Experience Cloud to improve digital marketing and advertising. In his role, he was responsible for driving digital sales leveraging new capabilities, including website personalization, integration of data management, segmentation, and targeting utilizing CRM first and third-party data with Salesforce, mobile marketing, and cross-device targeting for online and offline campaigns.
While at Cablevision, he was responsible for leading some digital-first innovative tests used in digital programs today. These programs include Facebook Alpha Test for Custom Audience Enhanced Match, Google Custom Match Beta Test for Paid Search Acquisition, and Retention audience suppression messaging, as well as Twitter Custom Audience Measurement with DBM, and Amazon IP targeting match.
He was one of the pioneers to develop the Hilton Worldwide Global Digital Marketing Program called EDGE. In his role, he developed digital marketing plans, local hotel websites redesign, execution of marketing strategy, and integration of digital media multi-channel strategy and launch. He oversaw and managed the Regional E-commerce business for the Waldorf Astoria New York, Hilton New York, Conrad New York, Embassy Suites and Doubletree Brands generating $200 million in sales and awarded the Hilton Worldwide Circle of Excellence Ecommerce Manager of the Year in 2009.
Dr. Bowen was a Graduate Marketing Professor for Jack Welch Management Institute (JWMI) Executive MBA Program and Southern New Hampshire University – Executive MBA Program. He taught courses in digital marketing and digital project management and search engine marketing. Additionally, he developed the curriculum and taught the PMP Certification for Queens College CUNY School of Professional Studies.

Andy has an extensive background in company management including serving as Vice President and Controller of Big Flower Holdings, a $2.5 billion advertising and marketing services company. He was also Corporate Executive Director and Assistant Controller at The New York Times Company; and Senior Manager at Deloitte Touche. In addition to serving as an AI Media Group Advisor, he is an executive sponsor to several customers.

Ron began his career in advertising but found his calling in website applications. He has developed platforms for Olympus America, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Alitalia Airlines, and Absolut Vodka, and his innovative technique for managing search-advertising campaigns has provided accurate tracking and accountability to digital-ad campaigns around the world. Ron designed, developed and built Ai Media Group’s AiTRK, AiTrends and AiConnect. Ron is responsible for the continued care and enhancements of the platform.
