Challenge
Turtle Bay wanted to increase bookings from their website rather than pay a healthy bounty to the Online Travel Agents. While Ai Media was already surpassing ROI goals through paid search and remarketing tactics, the resort wished for us to tap into new revenue streams and drive more lift in reservations.
Results
Since the launch of Turtle Bay’s programmatic campaigns in May 2019, Ai Media Group achieved a 9:1 ROAS from Programmatic alone! It continues to surge with an increase in booking volume and exceed the initial ROI goal of 3:1. This was made possible through the launch of multiple programmatic initiatives among the correct audiences and in-market segments. Ai Media has the ability to strategically place buys, and because of that, we were able to prove that our approach resulted in supplementary booking revenue, by matching the dollars back to Order IDs. Remarketing tactics ensured there was no residual revenue left behind. Additionally, our call DNA platform was used to gain even greater audience insights. Ai Media Group successfully identified high booking values, to optimize daily and leverage ROI.
